Our Casper king sized mattress arrived on time and certainly seems to be of good quality. Our sleep has improved with little or no waking with a need to readjust position during the night. On the whole a good buy, especially with price reduction/ voucher code.

L'Essentiel est un peu juste (la hauteur du lit est donc plus bsse).
Il est confortable. A tester sur du plus long terme bien sûr ; mais ce sont les bons retours de tests effectués (UFC) qui nous ont décidé..
Nous avons jeté l'ancien matelas qui n'avait que 7 ans, payé 3 fois plus cher mais en piteux état (cuvette) et avec un SAV qui nous a dit qu'en fait le matelas n'est pas couvert par une garantie si on n'achète pas le sommier avec !!!?
Donc Casper et pour le moment, on a retrouvé des nuits entières et un lever moins difficile

The bed & the mattress are both good. However, we have trouble with the mattress moving sideways as there is no support to hold it in place.

Encore un peu tôt pour juger de la qualité de mon sommeil avec le matelas Casper mais la première impression est très favorable. Le matelas a été envoyé dès le lendemain de la commande, livré très rapidement dans un excellent emballage. Le matelas se gonfle immédiatement une fois sorti de son emballage, le matelas est ferme. Juste une petite erreur dans le guide qui mentionne que le dessus du matelas est couvert d'une toile blanche alors que le tissu est noir.

The Hybrid was purchased from Casper in a King Size, my gosh what a waste!!!!!!!!!
When the box arrived it was bursting at the seams, the UPS driver told me to be careful because it’s solid and inflating in the box (which meant it wasn’t vacuumed sealed correctly - FAULTY). When my dad opened the box the mattress flipped out at him and injured him so please be careful. Again the box looked battered, it was ripped and torn clearly the last of their stock that they had been trying to sell. My mother bought me this mattress as a gift, I have not long had major foot surgery and it was a nightmare to get this mattress to inflate, I had to sleep on the floor that night because the base of the mattress was twisted, bits of foam had been ripped off, there was a line (defect) running across the mattress, the side were rounded rather than squared, it was bulked up in most areas and was not easy to straighten out. Customer services had suspended the phone lines so we now rely upon email correspondence, which is not practical when there is an issue with delivery and the product. Took a while to get a reply and they didn’t seem concerned at all, they messed up the collection of the essential mattress and added in the hybrid despite me not informing her I had requested this! I had to make a formal complaint and now 5 days later I am waiting for a manager to get in touch about it, disgusting customer services, unhelpful staff who are patronising. The worst was that one member of staff Stefanie appeared to want to help and told me one thing and then all of a sudden never heard from her again and Ana was emailing me, but she was giving me different information - she didn’t seem to care about what I was told before, she is incompetent, unhelpful and patronising. Clearly once this company have taken your money the actual customer service is non-existent.
This was my experience and I would not recommend the company, however you can buy at your own risk, but you have been warned. Also when I purchased the mattress the website said 10 year warranty and when they stopped trading in the UK and most of the stock was gone and the UK telephone lines were permanently suspended they also decided to change the warranty on the website (luckily I have a screenshot). They are up to something and I wouldn’t trust them as far as I can throw them!!!!!!!!!

AVOID - you can find a better deal elsewhere!!

"Inadequate delivery time."

I was promised 1-2 workday delivery for my Casper mattress, but it still has not arrived after 5 working days. I have sent multiple e-mails regarding my issue, but no response so far from the Casper team. I am willing to change my rating if I get some feedback from the company or receive my mattress.
