The memory layer is too thin and therefore it makes the memory effect almost not observable. I wake up with pain in shoulders and back.

Ordered a single mattress which obviously showed as in stock on 1st June. Received a text to inform me the order was confirmed. Nothing further.

5 days later the order had been refunded to my account. No correspondence from Casper via text, email or phone to tell me this was the case, just the reliance I would check my bank account.

Very poor service and it appears I'm not the only one.....

"Casper Glow light - gorgeous"

Number on e son wanted the Casper Glow light for his birthday. I must admit, I thought it was just going to be a fashion thing.. Easy ordering - amazing returns policy. .packaged lovingly - and fast, tracked delivery. When he opened it - the entire table was impressed - Now all sold out... and I do wish I had bought more - they would have been excellent presents for all family member. Will I buy it when back in stock.. oh yes!

très bon matelas. Un tout petit peu plus souple, et j’aurais mis 5 étoiles, mais c’est infime. Très bon choix que je ne regrette pas.

pas de problème sur l'emballage et la livraison
niveau confort, l'oreiller manque de moelleux ce n'est pas forcement agréable une fois la tète posé dessus sur le coté, a plat sur le dos c'est plus confortable
le produit est d'excellente qualité, mais pour ma part le confort n'est pas adéquat

Not made a difference to a comfy sleep,. As they promote it. Had caaper mattress for few months now. My previous foam topper from. Amazon which cost a fraction of the price is more comfortable.

Ordered 1st June by the 4th heard nothing so emailed them liked the phone lined said didn’t receive a response back.The next day looked in junk file and noticed a automated email telling me if what I ordered was on a very long list I wouldn’t be getting it,Guess what it was.Sale with no stock not a good idea.

"adjustable bed frame"

I ordered the Casper adjustable bed frame, it was a breeze to put together its a very good height for me, and all the functions are simple to use, and you can charge your phone as well, with the usb points included. I sleep well every night and I don't know why I didn't buy this sooner. I have no regrets, this has made such a difference to my life already, and the sheets and pillow are great to.
My best buy of the year.

"Avoid and spend your money elsewhere"

Ordered a mattress on 01st June, with delivery expected within 1-3 days.
It still hasn't turned up.
The link to track shipment just states that tracking isn't available yet.
Tried to phone customer services only to be met with an automated voice stating that from 01st June the only way to make contact is via email.
Emailed them, received an automated email acknowledging this but have had nil response from this.
I have since emailed again to attempt to cancel my order so lets see how that goes.
Absolutely appalling service, don't put yourself through it and spend your money elsewhere.
