"I just like to say the product is…"

I just like to say the product is brilliant and I would give it a 5 star, however the customer service has let me down, and this is the reason to why.

So I had seen this product on offer for 50% off and I placed an order, after 24 or 48 hours I saw on the website the offer had changed from 50% to 60%.

So I have emailed Casper twice to see if I could get it at the price of 60% off and I would also be happy to order another 2 more.

I still have not yet got a reply or anything, their website states you can call up for any support and when you call their number their IVR states that from 1st of June there is no telephone support and you can only email them. The website does not clearly show their new update. I’m just little concerned that if I have any issue with the product and whilst I have been emailing them they have not responded back I’m not sure what support I may get. However this may sound a very small minor issue, but for me customer service goes a long way when purchasing a product.

Overall the product is brilliant and it took a bit of convincing to my wife but she also loved and suggested we should order another 2 for kids bedroom.

I haven't received my mattress, and the phone line/text and tracking service isn't working.

They have extended the sale items when they obviously don't have enough stock, seems like they don't know what they are doing.

Similar situation as the previous reviews.

Similar story to the other recent reviews. Placed an order and have heard nothing since, with no sign of the order being dispatched. Receiving no email replies despite multiple emails to customer support, and their phone line is currently not available.

Really helpful and quick service.
Speedy delivery and the mattress is extremely comfortable. I managed to put the bed frame up by myself easily. The sheet fits perfectly. I am waiting for the delivery of the pillow... which I’m looking forward to! Gutted I couldn’t get the mattress protector as my dog loves to get on the bed.
My huge Labrador absolutely loves his dog bed.

"Refunded my order because of stock…"

Refunded my order because of stock issues. Shouldn't have took my order if there was no stock availabile. Now I'm stuck with an expensive bed frame and no mattress. Joke of a company.
