Hallo, ich habe wegen einer 30% Aktion noch eine Matratze am letzten Tag der Aktion bestellt. Um dann festzustellen, dass am Tag drauf die Aktion 40% ausgeweitet wurde. Wollte dann mit der Hotline klären was nun sei, habe dann aber nach 1,5 Stunden in der Warteschleife aufgegeben und die 30% Bestellung storniert und neu für 40% bestellt, sogar 2 Matratzen.
Dann wurde mir geschrieben, dass ich keine Matratze bekommen würde weil diese nicht lieferbar sind.
Also wenn es Aktionen gibt, dann diese nicht ändern und man sollte liefern können was verkauft wird.

Mattress received and I really like it, but customer service is shocking.
Ordered some sheets and the day they were supposed to be delivered they emailed to say they couldn't fulfill the order. Id been trying to track online and because nothing had changed I emailed text and DM on Facebook and they haven't replied once.
