"Really poor service..."

Really poor service...
I ordered a bed frame, headboard, mattress & 2 lamps.
As these items were in the sale.
I was told the delivery would be upto 3 days.
After 2, I received an email. Stating my order will be with me.
So I dismantled my old bed. However only the headboard has arrived....not much good without a bed!
I have tried emailing Casper for days, they have disconnected the phone lines now! No one is answering emails...
I have then received an email, stating items are out of stock?!?
Why take people money, when you don’t have the stock levels available.... very disappointing service.
I will need to contact my credit card company today, to cancel my payment!

"Not a good company"

Cancelled half my order without contacting me, shipped a few items from the other half and left the rest in limbo. Have tried to get in contact with them to no avail, they have no contact phone number and emails to them are going unanswered. Avoid

After buying our dog the Casper dog mattress (and love it!) we decided to buy the glow lamps set for our room. Sleek design, don’t take up you’re whole bedside table, and they really work! I never see the light go out as I’m fast asleep! Thanks for another great product Casper!

I orded:
• Single sheet
• Single mattress cover
• Single mattress

After 3 days, I received the single sheet.

2 days later I was emailed to say the single mattress cover and single mattress have been cancelled; Caspar said "due to the current situation" [COVID-19] they are "not able to fulfil my order THIS YEAR".

I purchased these items in a SALE. Executives KNEW items would be ceasing production. What the frick am I supposed to do with a single bedsheet, without a bloody single mattress?!

Executives KNEW inventory was low and they KNEW they were running fraudulent operations.

I expect the items to be delivered, not some half-assed apology and refund instructions. If any of your directors, investors or key stakeholders see this review: I hope those responsible feel ashamed.

I'll just go and sleep on the floor!

Outstanding quality of the cotton, well thought out design, I’ve bought a few items from Casper and never been disappointed. Customer service is outstanding also, leading the way.

Due to the pandemic, the mattress took longer than normal to arrive but not due to anyone’s fault. We are pleased with the mattress so far and is very comfortable. I do have a slight issue with turning over, due to spinal problems, as the mattress forms indentations from your body so when I am in pain it proves slightly harder.
The mattress bounces back quickly but we have only had it for a few weeks. It is warm on warm nights.

Pity you cannot select 0 stars. Placed an order. Paid, received order confirmation. 2 days later automatic refund on one item. Contacted them to be told not in stock. Asked to cancel second item and they said too late as dispatched. No tracking and finally get an email days later to tell me the second item is not in stock. Why even lie and say it was dispatched? Had to use PayPal for refund as customer service is rubbish via text. Tried to call and no longer accepting phone calls from 1st June. Really wouldn't recommend. Terrible service.
