Meine Matraze wurde im August 2017 gekauft und aufgrund eines offensichtlichen Materialfehlers ist die Schlafqualität im Januar 2020 extrem gesunken.
Kontaktaufnahme diesbezüglich lief absolut problemlos und auch die Regulierung des Garantiefalles war professionell, schnell und effizient.
Casper wollte Details zum Zustand der Matraze und hat diese geprüft, in Konsequenz dessen erhielt ich eine neue Matraze und schlafe nun wieder wie ein Stein.
Ich kann nur sagen, Bestnote! Super Kundenservice, perfekte Abklärung, immer gut informiert und beste Betreuung. So muss es sein.

Impossible to get hold of casper to return a product, they ignore emails, texts, twitter and Facebook.
They even removed their UK phone number...

Order was refunded within 24 hours via PayPal but it took Casper a further 2 days to let me know via email that there was any problem with my order. They had cancelled my order. Not very professional. Won't be ordering from Casper again.

The lights are brilliant and it’s great you can take them with you round the house. The only change I’d make is a shorter rise time on the alarm. Currently 30 mins. I’m very light sensitive so 15mins would be fab. Otherwise work really well with the app. Love you can choose your light levels 👍

"Just what I wanted"

This lamp is just want I was looking for! I love thats it is portable, the light isn’t too bright and you can even dull it down more. It doesn’t wake you in the middle of the night if you need to pop to the toilet, not like the bright phone light/torch!
If you’re reading or even watching something it’ll gradually get more dull ready for you to go to sleep which is just so handy!

Not sure I’d have paid full price & thankfully I did get a discount code. I’ve recommended it to a few people I know!

Ordered online, and next day I was advised one item on my purchased order was not available, and promptly refunded. Disappointed, hence one-star reduction.
