"Shambles"

Absolutely ridiculous that a company can take your money tell you its gonna be delivered then 5 days later they tell you your item is no longer in stock.. And they will process a refund which will take yet another 5 days absolutely dreadful they are even taking orders at the minute.. And on top of that not being able to contact via email, sms or phone

They seem to be really struggling at the moment.

There's no way of contacting them as they no longer accept telephone calls. They ask you to email them but then don't respond. I'd have previously recommended them to any of my friends and family but something appears to be up with them at the moment. Are they closing up shop in the UK? There's very little stock on offer, ridiculous sales changing almost on a daily basis, not contactable, struggling to fulfil orders... something isn't right... what a shame...

They are taking orders and your money but cannot fulfill the agreement. Even despite them cancelling my order they are still accepting payment for goods they cannot supply

Versuche seit Tagen den Kundenservice zu erreichen - Telefon funktioniert nicht mehr - Emails und SMS werden nicht beantwortet... wollte die Matratze zurücksenden und wie versprochen innerhalb der Testphase kostenlose Retoure und Geld zurück...wird wohl jetzt schwierig werden - also Finger weg !!!!!

Hallo, leider verbreitet die Matratze auch nach über 2 Wochen einen üblen Kleber Gestank sodass das ganze Schlafzimmer stinkt. Ich habe Angst um die Gesundheit meines Sohnes.
