I can't get the lights to work despite following all the instructions and being tech savvy. I leave to charge for hours, pick them up and turn them over, they turn on then immediately off.

immense déception au déballage complet puisque malfaçon avec un endroit qui reste compact et dur sur une surface d'environ 20 cm de diamètre
appel du service client on nous promet la livraison rapide d'un nouveau matelas ET l'enlevement du matelas défectueux
à 10 jours mail pour nous dire qu'on peut trouver une asso pour le matelas défectueux, sauf qu'il est défectueux donc certes neuf mais inutilisable
à J30 toujours aucune nouvelle et plus aucun appel téléphonique de pris
à J31 mail au service client pour réclamation
et la on m'apprend que le matelas est en rupture définitive mais que bien sur on peut se débrouiller pour enlever celui qui est défectueux!
