Customer service was outstanding however, sadly they couldn’t provide my item as they have chosen to pull out of the UK and European market. Therefore, I had to purchase my mattress from another brand.

I got this mattress on sale and I am so happy I went for it! I have never ever had a better sleep in my life. I am a side sleeper and the mattress perfectly mild to be body and gives me support.

"Klare Kaufempfehlung"

Eine Woche ist die Matratze bisher im Gebrauch und von mir eine klare Empfehlung.
Auf der bisherigen Matratze hatte ich täglich nach dem Aufstehen Schmerzen im Bereich der Lendenwirbelsäule; diese sind weg und ich starte wieder voller Elan in den Tag.
Nach den ersten beiden Nächten hatte ich morgens Kopfschmerzen die ganz klar vom Nacken ausgingen. Eine kleine Änderung am Lattenrost im Schulterbereich (durch 180 Grad Drehung der Latten) und auch dieses Problem war bzw. ist somit behoben.
Von mir gibt's eine klare Kaufempfehlung!!
