"Kein Kundenservice und Matratze Fehlerhaft"

Eine der Matratzen ist nicht richtig aufgegangen und der Schaum ist unten etwas verschoben. Leider ruf ich die ganze Zeit schon an, aber es sagt andauernd das keiner da ist und es zu ist, obwohl ich zwischen den angegeben Zeiten anrufe. Für so eine teurer Matratze bin ich echt enttäuscht und dazu kein Kundenservice ist der absolute Hammer. Einfach nur schlecht!

Leider kann ich die guten Bewertungen in keinster Weise teilen. Ich empfinde das Kissen als viel zu fest und habe sogar starke Nackenschmerzen und -verspannungen davon bekommen. Schade

Really great pillow I went for the kings size, perfect depth as I find one pillow not enough but two too much . It’s very comfy and my shoulder pain has gone since using it.

My old mattresss was over 15 years old and in an absolutely diabolical state, you can imagine the difference having a new Casper mattress has made.

A fantastic product with prompt delivery. It was super easy to setup and was ready for endless nights of dreams that very day.

I also got the Casper pillow, another absolutely luxurious item. That said, the pillow took around two weeks to stop smelling of chemicals - not an issue for me, for me it was just a new bed smell.

Even in lockdown the delivery of the mattress was pretty good. I chose firm, happy with it and it’s very easy to move around with the handles and it’s flexibility. A good all round mattress.

After looking at different providers I choose to go with Casper as they had my requirements in stock. I ordered an adjustable bed mattress sheet pillow.
Bed arrived by UPS but driver was unable to lift the bed off the van as he was disabled. Then I got information that the mattress was out of stock even though it was still being showed as in stock on the internet As you did not have the mattress in stock or any other mattress and could not say when you would have any in. I cancelled my order. Most disappointed with serviced as I had cleared my bedroom it await for the confirmed order.
