Das Kissen macht von Aussen einen tollen eindruck. Doch auch nach 3 Wochen darauf schlafen, kann ich mich noch immer nicht mit der Grösse und Härte des Kissens anfreunden und muss es zurücksenden. Als Seitenschläfer muss ich sagen, dass das Kissen wirklich ungeeignet war. Das gute an der Sache ist, dass ich es ohne weiters zurücksenden kann.

Mattresses are are wonderful. Sheets are brilliant. Delivery is efficient and quick. I can't fault Casper!

We ordered the Essential mattress as we needed a mattress and nowhere was delivering. First night was good, although a little hard. Second night a little better, and for the first week or two I slept well. It's now a month later, and it has noticeable dips on either side where we sleep. I feel like i'm sleeping in a ditch and can't get comfortable. No idea how they can offer a 10 year guarantee when it's done this after a month. No, we aren't heavy people either.

Going to look into returning, as after a month it feels awful.

Beautful packaging, Beautful product, amazing customer service (I had a technical glitch occur when I purchased - the discount didnt work). Their twitter account is active and helpful and when I had the technical glitch upon purchase, they were there for me and refunded me the discount amount I didn't get that was advertised on the site.
