Excellent customer service from Casper. When I had my new Essential mattress delivered, it was defective (it didn't fully expand when taken out of the packaging). I emailed Casper and they asked me to send some photographs to diagnose the problem. They quickly replied and apologized for a faulty product. I was offered either a full refund or a replacement. I opted for a replacement and the new mattress arrived the following day. They also arranged collection and disposal of the faulty mattress. I'm very pleased with the customer service (thanks Stefanie). Too soon to be sure about the mattress yet. It may take a little getting used to but so far so good.
