The topper that I ordered arrived promptly and instructions for use were clear and easy to follow. The topper was great, but, it didn’t suit my back and after many weeks I realised the topper wasn’t for me, and Michelle was lovely on the phone, really understanding and offered excellent customer service by promptly dealing with my issue.

It’s a good pillow to lean on when you are sitting up right but not comfortable when lying down as it’s so firm and hard and not comfortable to sleep with.
I’m sure everyone has their own opinion but that’s mine. Not suitable for me! 🤷‍♀️

Excellent packing and so far we have found the topper a great success as our new mattress was a bit too firm and the topper has greatly improved this. Nice sturdy elastic corners to secure topper to mattress corners
