I purchased the memory foam topper and pillow from Panda, and I’ve been really impressed. The topper completely transformed my mattress — it’s thick, supportive, and makes a noticeable difference in comfort. I’d highly recommend it.

The pillow, however, was a bit too soft for my taste. I found out they do offer firmer options, but I decided to return it instead. The return process was easy, and I received a full refund without any hassle.

I also found it really easy to get in touch with Panda through their online chat and email. Great service all around — I’d definitely recommend them.

The information failed to mention the polypropylene aspect of this sheet. I was led to believe cotton and bamboo were used, both ultimately biodegradable. The majority of this is not, however.
It is generous and slightly stretchy around the sides ( polyester part) so it fits well onto the mattress and the surface is smooth and cool.

I gave a 5 star rating because I thought the overall service was superb. We didn’t in the end stick with the mattress topper not because it was poor quality it just wasn’t right for us after giving it a weeks try. The 30 day trial period gives you that option if things don’t work out.

It was easy to order the pillow case online and was delivered on time. The pillow case feels really soft and I love the colours available. It didn’t help with what I bought it for which was to not get stained as I have oily skin. In 3days the pillowcase was stained and when washed it didn’t come off so have gone back to using the cotton ones. Have not returned the items as I can’t go through the hassle. Will give it to my sister to use. If you don’t have oily skin, it’s a really good pillow cover
