Pillows arrived very quickly and were well packaged. Having never had a memory foam pillow it took us a few nights to get used to these new ones but we both now feel we are sleeping much better.

Ordering was simple and sheets an pillow cases were delivered within a couple of days. In the filters when searching I checked '100% bamboo' and when they arrived was surprised to see they had a finish on them that I wasn't expecting and the label said "100% bamboo rayon". I almost sent them back, and wish I had now because they are not as comfortable or as warm as the 100%bamboo sheets I already have. That's apart from the fact that if something is 100% anything it cannot/should not be mixed with another material. These were an expensive item, your ordering system said they were 100% bamboo and they are not.
I Will not be buying any thing else from you.

Ordered 4of the pillows & price was very good. I found the pillow too firm and unable to sleep on it. After a few tries & help from customer services the pillows are great.
