The problem was with the delivery the dreaded DPD, almost every delivery from them DPD has been a sorry we missed you, I'm disabled and almost never go out,but according to DPD I'm never in anyway got in touch with PANDA and made a complaint that according to DPD i wasn't in,then got a text saying we have left your parcel in the nearest locker another lie the locker was almost two miles away so had to get a taxi cost me ten pounds the round trip, panda did return postage thank you for that, but DPD you owe me ten pounds,DPD is the worst courier service ever, DON'T USE DPD IF YOU CAN HELP IT

The customer support was very helpful. The delivery was so quick. Excellent service. As for the topper and pillow. What can I say. Over the last 3 years I have had a number of mattresses from a well known company. Mainly because the mattresses were not comfortable in fact one of them was so faulty I have chronic lower back pain along with shoulder and neck pain. I resigned myself to to having to just grin and bear it as I was beginning to think maybe it's me and not the mattress. The amount of pillows i have bought that didnt work amounted to a lot of wasted money. So I saw an advert for Panda London and decided to look into it. I was thinking yes another company promising the best sleep ever. But after I had a couple of chats on the chatbox and a phonecall I decided I would try the topper and the pillow. I was very synical about sleeping on it as I have been so disappointed before. Last night was my first night with Panda. I had decided to wait a week or two before leaving a review as I felt it would probably take that long to adjust. Well..... I remember getting up in the night to go to the bathroom and it usually takes me a while to get off the bed but this time...up I got and no pain in neck and shoulders !!! I thought I was dreaming! So I got back into bed and fell asleep straight away (that just doesn't happen!) I woke this morning with very little pain in my lower back and lesser pain in my shoulders. This was just my first night with Panda. So this review is from night number one I never thought there was anything left to help me with my painful nights. Thank you so much Panda London. I would highly recommend Panda and will be looking to purchase some bedding soon.Give them a go you will be surprised. I know I was.

"The delivery was swift"

The delivery was swift! I purchased this for my 10-year-old daughter, as she was complaining about her old foam mattress we bought from Argos. She finds it comfortable, and I haven't heard any complaints since. I'm considering buying pillows and mattress toppers for the entire family when the time is right. Additionally, the foam doesn't have any smell, which is a great feature.

I did find the mattress too soft for me. I am a side sleeper and I can feel the mattress beneath the topper. The fabric it is made from and covered with is top quality. I have been given a full refund from Panda so I do recommend the company.

Brilliant company that actually answers their phone. They were really helpful when I ordered the wrong size, stopped the parcel being sent out just in time and sent the correct one out on the same day.
The mattress toppers are really good quality, I have had another one for about a year and it still looks and feels like brand new.

Now, about the pillow… I love it! It’s super comfy and gives my neck great support. My husband, on the other hand, had a very different experience—let’s just say, he didn’t get much sleep.

Curious about the difference, we took the pillow to our chiropractor for a “sleep analysis.” Turns out, my husband’s shoulders aren’t as thick, so he actually needs a lower pillow. No wonder he was struggling!

The verdict? This pillow is perfect for me but totally wrong for him. Sooo… guess who now has two pillows all to herself? 😉
