Fast delivery. Purchased both the topper and pillow. It took a couple of weeks for me to get used to the topper. Glad I bought it. Extremely comfortable. So pleased I bought the pillow too as it’s the best pillow I’ve ever used. It’s like sleeping on a cloud

I ordered a 10.5 tog duvet, duvet cover and pillow cases from Panda in December 2024.

I have waited to leave a review as I prefer to see how a company performs in all areas, rather than just the order/delivery process.

I have found Panda to be great in all respects. I wasn’t happy with my original duvet cover purchase and Panda provided a prepaid postage label for me to return it and the refund was provided very quickly, with no problems. I reordered with a different duvet cover fabric and after using it for a few weeks, I am very happy with it.

I was worried that the duvet would be too warm, given that I am a woman of a certain age, but the temperature regulation seems to work pretty well. Hot flushes are not controlled by the duvet, but I didn’t expect this as I don’t think that is possible!

I love the eco credentials of Panda and will be ordering the summer weight duvet once the weather warms up and the 10.5 tog gets too warm.

The delivery was quick and the customer service team very helpful, which I have found to be a rarity these days.

Just one request, please Panda could there be more colours in the French linen range? I would like Green, which is available in the bamboo and lyocell ranges, but not the linen.

"Lovely pillowcases"

Lovely pillowcases. Washed well. No ironing needed. The fabric is beautifully soft. Because of that fact I think a deeper placket to hold the pillow would be good. Or a zip maybe.
Otherwise… very happy with my purchase.

I had previously bought the bamboo topper for another room that is used as a guest room . Guests always comment how comfortable their nights sleep was .
On this occasion I bought it for my own room and it is so comfortable and luxurious , I really do not want to get up in the morning . Highly recommend .

"The Topper fixes all!"

Payment was easy, ordered on a Sunday the topper arrived on the Tuesday, quicker than I expected. The memory foam topper is the best money I have spent in a while, I now sleep through the night at 54! I dont have sore hips waking me up and my body feels inline when I get up in the morning. It has actually changed my life!
