"I really love the mattress topper"

The mattress topper that I ordered on a Sunday afternoon arrived the following morning which is excellent. I was a bit sceptical about how good the topper would be but after the first nights sleep any reservations that I had had gone. It genuinely is very soft and comfortable whilst been supportive along the full length of the body. My aching knee joints in the morning are no more. I'd highly recommend the topper and the service provided by Panda.

I will be honest I was dubious about a mattress topper of memory foam. And I expected it to plump up far more than it did.
But I am pleasantly surprised. Sleeping better and with less pain in my shoulder and back.
I would definitely lately buy again.
The removable cover too is brilliant, because you won't have to fight to get it on and off, as zips on end and side.

I have quite a few Panda products and they have all been truely amazing. I decided to go for the duvet cover and pillow, and this is where the problem with Panda London initially was... the initial customer service when there was an issue. The fabric of my bedding set is amazing super soft and cosy, however, my pillow cases and duvet cover have defective stitching. Along all of the edges the stitches are coming apart and the button holes are frayed. This isn't good enough, if it was a cheap bedding set I'd probably just stitch it back up myself, but this cost me over £100. I was initially in email contact to get a replacement to no avail, and the person wasn’t hugely helpful. I did ask for it to be escalated to a manager and they were helpful and sorted the issue quickly. I’m glad it ended well as I am a fan of panda London products and didn’t want it to put me off buying more.

Easy website, quick delivery, super packaging. Mattress topper took about 24 hrs to really puff up, good sizing, and actually matches the king size properly, and is very comfy.

The pillow is very comfortable and supportive in most respects, however as a side sleeper I wish it was thicker.
