Delivery was fast and the drivers were very helpful and friendly. I the past made the mistake of buying cheaper and buying 2 kingsize mattresses around £400-500 each. I ended up buying a kingsize panda bamboo topper for the second one and it was absolutely life changing. I am disabled and have chronic pain all over but especially in my neck and spine. We have upgraded our bed to an emperor and I made sure I had saved enough to buy a panda hybrid mattress, after all it worked out far cheaper than buying 2 mattresses and a topper! Well, we had our first night sleeping on it last night and it was absolutely amazing! Even my husband commented on how comfortable it is. I highly recommend Panda to anyone, definitely worth the extra cost, you cannot put a price on a great nights sleep!!

Delivery was prompt. Can't complain as such, but honestly think it's a bit thin and is not helping my back much.
It keeps me warmer, but memory foam is not the answer for me. Feel it's too soft and must consider a firmer mattress. But it has settled down so I've kept it and it's OK. Really depends on back problem!!
