The item initially felt good but is too small for the bed. When I tried to let Panda know and asked about the return process I received no information and no contact. I've tried to contact them several ways but no joy! Disappointed in the customer service unfortunately.

Bought the full set of bed linen, plus the flat sheet and the 10.5 tog duvet. I sleep under the flat sheet with the duvet on top: temperature, feel and quality are all excellent.

Very glad I went with Panda. They have received good reviews on multiple sites so I chose them when looking to get a quality upgrade to my bedding and it has lived up to them all.

Delivery was good. I bought from the UK and live in the US. Customs held the shipment a few days for some reason, but that was the only issue.

I sized up for the US - we have a US queen sized bed, but bought the UK king size bedding and that was the right decision.

Would highly recommend. Worth the investment and the quality of my sleep seems better too.

Ordered two adult pillows, on offer. The order was placed easily, and delivery was quick and successful. I’ve had pillows before and these were an easy decision to replace existing, bog-standard, pillows. I felt the difference straightaway and wish I’d replaced my existing pillows long ago. Sleep is more constant, and comfortable, with neck pain gone within a night. I would recommend anyone to at least give these a go.
