Mattress topper is great but delivery awful..short notice on delivery time and mum lives in a warden control housing. Driver rung mums flat then legged it ..if it wasn't for the warden who asked the driver to take the parcel for my mother that she got it without having to pick up..she's 90 a bit of care from dfl would be appreciated

The cotton/bamboo blend gives a lovely soft and absorbent towel, and these are even better than other makes I have tried. They are very well made and superior quality. We have only had them short while so can't comment on their longevity, but so far we're very pleased and I feel confident that they will last well.

The pillow was very comfortable from the start - no problem. I was however, not impressed with the pillowcases. They were nothing special and too big for the pillow.

I ordered a pillow and extra cover and both were delivered within a few days during which time it was tracked and info passed to me. Very well packaged and excellent quality products.
Sadly for me the pillow didn’t suit. I contacted Panda for a return and they quickly sent through a free return label. Again the item was fully tracked and within a couple of days a full refund was in my bank. Excellent service from start to finish.

Delivered promptly. Well packed. Easy to follow instructions . Was worried about the smell but no issues. Needs time to “ prove” like bread and allow to aerate . Superb topper which makes all the difference. No more aches and pains. Can’t comment on the temperature regulation as so cold atm.
