Tidy clean and polite. Had to re-book myself as overran on previous job and did not keep me informed but following day arrived and not only did the required job but tried to remedy a fault caused by the fridge delivery crew. Outstanding effort

We recently had boiler issues in our rental property and the property manager arranged for C Anderson and Sons to come out to us.

We had two visits in total for our issue - the first diagnosed the problem and the second fitted our replacement part. Both engineers were friendly, professional and considerate.

The office team called to arrange the booking and were also friendly and professional.

All in all a great experience and the boiler is now working as it should.

He discovered a potentially dangerous gas leak caused by a badly installed gas meter, and put it right, also repairing a fitting on our hot water tank that had been loose for a long time. Very happy with his work

The installation went smooth and the installer was considerate and polite. It was left in a good state at the end.
