Have used Anderson many times over the years and most recently for an emergency plumbing issue with my bath taps leaking - great team and fantastic service which is why these guys are my go to tradesman

We had an ongoing issue with damp and needed a radiator fixed to the wall so called Andersons. Sam came round and quickly sorted us out with dehumidifiers. He also gave good advice about other issues in our flat and was very efficient. Would definitely recommend!

"Totally Useless - don't use them!"

I had a plumbing crisis on Saturday evening and rang C Andersons for emergency help. I described the issue clearly on the phone as being a pipe burst and boiler needing re pressurising. They came within three hours and told me exactly what I had said to them - that I had a pipe burst and boiler needing re pressurising. I had the pleasure of paying £190 for what I already knew! I then rang Pimlico Plumbers who sent someone out and fixed it promptly. My recommendation would be don't waste time and money with C Anderson go straight to Pimlico Plumbers..

My boiler had stopped working. I called Anderson & Sons and their engineer Daniel came out the same day - on time - took a quick look and diagnosed the problem. He gave me two alternatives of which I chose the cheaper one. He explained the risk I would run, but accepted my decision and the next day he came back to install. However, he quickly realised that the risk he had highlighted the day before was a very real one and that if he continued, the boiler would at best work for a few weeks. So we changed tack and decided on the other alternative which required them to order some different parts. The subsequent day he was back again to install and test. All through this process I was continuously being kept informed by the operations staff. A very pleasant experience indeed.

Had Sam come out to a slow draining sink (knew the problem was something that couldn’t be shifted with normal drain unblocker!)
Sam was very thorough in his investigations and due to a complicated plumbing system (involving pipes with the wrong level of fall and a sump tank) he called a colleague to come and take a look with him. Together they came up with a plan to flush the whole system through, which they did effectively and efficiently. I felt confident in the ability of the engineers to complete this work, and even left them in the house with our cleaning ladies - Sam was great at letting me know progress and giving me a full report at the end of the work.
