My travel was cancelled June 21, 2020. Norwegian Holidays promised to pay my money back (approximately NOK 22 000) within three weeks, but maybe latest within 2-3 months due to corona.
In my later inquiries (after three weeks), they told me that the processing of claims automatically would end up at the back of the processing queue if additional information or questions were asked. ("it's the system ...".)
Later, they failed to respond to inquiries by mail or phone and made themselves inaccessible.
Employees in this company does not follow up on what they promised, does not respond to inquiries and is not to be trusted. So remember: Check if your future partners have Trip X Travel AB on their CV.

Fake Arrogant Disgusting Disgraceful Customer service that owe me a full flight refund, where do I begin with the thieves, easily the worst airline in Europe even more than easyjet or ryanair which i've had issues in the past. The Crooks say we can't refund your outbound flight as it was cancelled before, but we gave you a refund for the return flight as it was cancelled before, both were booked on same ticket, they don't understand the word contradiction. I had to cancel due to Argentina Covid 19 Sudden Full Country Lockdown, how can i take a flight if i'm not allowed in the country anymore. I've been chasing this since March 2020 so been very patient considering the circumstances and apparently the refunds team don't have a phone number (convenient), even though the International Space Station/Antarctica Bases has a phone number, I mean we can still get a signal from Voyager 1. Also none of their leadership team CEO's etc.. responded to my emails, tell me why they get paid so much, imaginary work?, with such poor leadership it shows why the rest of the company is pathetic at providing service to customers. Both Flights were lowfare on the same ticket so the reason for giving me half a refund contradicts the reason your refusing the other half a refund. They also leave you on the phone for ages +30 mins to contact someone who doesn't exist so you give up and hang up the call. If you read this review do not book with them, pay a little extra for another airline, as if anything goes wrong they don't care in the slightest, they even tried passing the problem to another Airline JetSmart even though they have nothing to do with my booking lol

Bestilte i slutningen af 2019 en rejse med ophold hos Norwegian Holidays - som så arrangerer af TripX.
Skulle ha' været afsted 15. april 2020 - men turen blev aflyst pga Corona.
Så startede showet med at få pengene tilbage.
Utallige undskyldninger fra TripX - de havde travlt, de var på ferie, det var NETS's skyld, der var sket en fejl, fungere mit betalingskort, havde jeg chekket min bankkonto, måtte de kontakte min bank osv osv.
Efter utallige mails - jeg har skrevet 55 stk - jeg har selvfølgelig ikke fået svar på dem alle sammen - blev pengene så, efter 6 måneder overført til min konto - og jeg troede at mareridtet var over stået.
Men nej - pengene var indgået på min konto, men samtidig havde man så trukket beløbet igen på mit betalingskort.
Det var selvklart en fejl, skriver TripX til mig - men de retter den ikke og skriver ikke noget om, hvornår de vil gøre det.
Jeg anmelder til min bank, at der uretmæssigt er hævet penge på mit kreditkort - og banken går ind i sagen - betaler mig mine penge, og starter nu en dialog med TripX - og der står sagen nu.
Jeg har aldrig nogensinde oplevet en så uprofessionel virksomhed - som ikke har forstået, hvordan man behandler kunder på en ordentlig måde.

Less than 1 Star. Okay Corona delays travel refunds.... but now we have been waiting 4.5 Months and phoned and emailed and wrote letter, ignored completely. Unacceptable and they are getting away with completely ignoring the local consumer protection Law. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN ! - Regardless of price, NOT A CHANCE!!!! Terrible Service.

"Viktigt att veta att vid bokning av…"
Viktigt att veta att vid bokning av charterresa via detta bolag kan du ALDRIG ändra datum för din resa och inte heller avboka en resa mot extra kostnad.
Det går aldrig att logga in på mina sidor för att göra ändringar i sin bokning. Allt sker via mailkontakt med en jättedålig kundservice!
Sämst på alla möjliga sätt! Utnyttjar kunder med HÖGA avgifter. Namnändring kostar dig som kund 1750 kr. Dålig kundservice, ingen svarar via telefon, man blir alltid hänvisad till att maila kundservice. Tar väldig lång tid att få återkoppling via mail. En av dem som jobbar där la på luren medan jag pratade och frågade om varför det inte finnas någon man kan prata med då man alltid blir vidarekopplad till Växeln, de som svarar där bör inte hantera människor då de är respektlösa och har jättedåligt kundbemötande.
De är samarbetspartner till Tripx. Bokar man charterresa via Norwegian då hamnar man hos det dåliga bolaget Tripx.
Bokade charterresa till Dubai, fick betala 1100 kr då jag vill lägga till en väska om 20 kg.
Aldrig via Tripx eller Norwegian holiday igen!!!!!!

"Ringe rejseselskab"
Bookede en rejse til Gran Canaria 7 dage i julen 2019 med ophold på IG Nachosol Premium Apartments i Puerto Rico. Fik forskellige valgmuligheder m.h.t. værelsestyper og valgte den dyreste med terrasse til en pris af 160 € pr. nat svarende til ca. 1200 dkk pr nat. Ved ankomsten fik jeg anvist et lille mørkt værelse uden terrasse og uden andet vindue, end det der var i indgangsdøren, med andre ord et værelse langt under den standard og pris som jeg havde valgt og betalt for.
Hotellet svarede, at jeg havde fået det værelse som Norwegian havde bestilt til mig, Premium Studio. Ingen terrasse.
Norwegian var aldeles umulig at komme i kontakt med. Der er ingen kundeservice hos Norwegian, og man kan bruge oceaner af tid på at tjekke deres hjemmeside for telefonnumre man kan kontakte, men det er helt håbløst, telefonerne blive ikke taget, nogle er uden landekode, så man ikke ved om det er Danmark’s, Sverige’s eller Norge’s landekode der skal foran.
Fandt langt om længe en online-klageformular, som først blev besvaret, da det halve af ferien var gået. Selvfølgelig med et intetsigende svar.
Virkelig ringe behandling at få af NorwegianHolidays ellerTripX som de bruger.

Flygbiljetter som bokas via Norwegian Holidays är helt låsta och går inte att ändra/omboka. Boka aldrig via Norwegian Holidays!!!

I booked my holiday from 22-25 of september. Only 2 days later I realized I should have booked from 21-24 of september. Ofcourse it was my own fault, but I called them and asked them nicely if there was anything they could do. A grumpy swedish girl picked up the phone after 10 minutes, and the only word she knew was NO. no, no can do, sorry no, no we cant do that, no no no. The call ended with you have to send an email if you wish to cancel your holiday.
So I send an email and get the same reply, no no no no nothing we can do. Do you wish to cancel your holiday without any money back?
How difficult could it be if the costumer would like to reschedule his holiday with 1 day and even pay the extra amount for it?
It would not hurt for the servicedesk to be a bit more understandable and relatable rather than just slam the door right in your face
