I absolutely love this bike! The seat is extremely comfortable, so I can ride for long stretches. Plus, it helps that I get a ton of compliments when I ride it 😊

Poor instructions.. looked for video of assembly and nothing was exact.. my fender was of a different type and was terrible to put on.. the tool kit is horrible. Bike handlbars arrived sctratched but not damage to box. So it had to be put in box that way..

Ordered bike online but forgot to use a 5% discount coupon code when I checked out. It was Saturday and a phone call message said they were closed until Monday. I emailed and got a very quick response that cancelled my order and allowed me to reorder right away to use the discount. Great Service!

Support representative Christina went out of her way to help me with an order, not from the SixThreeZero website, but from Amazon. She was able to confirm that the item I ordered was actually out of stock despite Amazon's claims otherwise and that it would not be available until after New Years.

Thanks to Christina's help I was able to order a bike that will arrive in time for Christmas directly from your website and it actually ended up being a better model for a lower price!

"Good less expensive e-bike..."

It's a good beach cruiser less expensive e-bike. I like it for the most part.
Only thing I don't like is the application of power to the motor is not very linear as you increase the pedal assist values. You can adjust to some degree, but still not very smooth.
Overall - good e-bike.

Well made e-bike with disc brakes, 500 Watt motor and comfort frame.

"Sprocket bent upon arrival..."

Sprocket bent upon arrival, called to get new part, they said they would sent out quickly, never received the part and no more communication. BAD SERVICE.

The day I received my bike, we built it immediately. I was so excited. Took it for a spin and heard some noises. Contacted ST0 via phone. A human answered! Talked it out they suggested I email a video of the bike making the noises. I did so and within hours I received a response with a resolution. That easy! My first 24 hrs and I can say they have already proved to be an incredible client driven company. Kudos!

Can’t rave enough about my bike and the customer service has been beyond amazing. You get free things for posting on social and they picked up the cost of assembly. Can’t beat that.
