Assembly was not difficult, although we noticed the offer for free assembly by a bike professional only after we had put it together. It would have been helpful to know that at point of sale.
I love my EveryJourney ebike. I am just over 5’ tall and the step through feature is perfect for me.

I love this bike. The mens 500w 7 speed E bike is great for takin it easy and cruising or for a good city workout. Only thing is that the seat gets a little uncomfortable after a bit.

After purchasing an electric bike from Six Three Zero for myself, and being pleased with what I got, I ordered a second one for my wife, a 250 w Around the Block. I am just as pleased with this one as I was the first. The assembly instructions were straight-forward, all the parts were there, and it went together easily with a minimum of adjustments. I experienced one problem, with the lock for the battery, but that was instantly dealt with and a new replacement arrived in a matter of days. My wife had not ridden a bike in a long time, but she is now enjoying joining me on our tours of the country roads that we are lucky enough to be near. And, if we go a bit too far, all we have to do is turn up the juice and head back home. Thanks Six-Three-Zero. We will enjoy these bikes for years.

"sixthreezero gets an F on BBB!"

sixthreezero says it will reimburse the amount if professional help is needed for ebike assembly. I've been in contact via email with Cristina for over 4 months. I still haven't receive my reimbursement for $250 for the professional ebike build.
This company has a F rating on BBB! I should've checked there first. I will never make another purchase from this company, I doubt they would even honor their warranty.

"Totally amazing customer service"

Totally amazing customer service! My items were shipped promptly and delivered earlier than expected. However, unfortunately one of my packages was stolen off my front porch shortly after being delivered :( it had all the accessories I ordered (bell, basket, helmet, frame bag, pannier bag - $231 worth of stuff!) I filed a claim with UPS for the loss of the package, and I was advised to contact the seller (even though it was completely not the seller's fault at all..?). So I reached out to sixthreezero's customer service via email and informed them of the situation later that evening. Before noon the following day, I received a response from 'Marry' apologizing for the inconvenience. She also let me know that they had already taken it upon themselves to re ship the missing items at no cost to me and provided me with an order number...! I was so grateful for the way they handled the situation. I read a lot of positive reviews about sixthreezero and their customer service department but they definitely exceeded my expectations! I only sent ONE email advising them of the issue and in less than a day they responded to let me know it was already resolved and my items were on the way! So glad I went with this company. Again, shout out to Marry who helped me out, thanks Marry!
