We were disappointed when one of the two ebikes we ordered simply didn't power up when assembled. The service tech was courteous and helpful but it took about a week to get the replacement part (controller). Following repair both bikes have been very enjoyable. A simple check at the warehouse before shipping would have saved us all time and trouble.

I have been loving my bike so far. I did a lot of research on cruiser bikes prior to purchase, and I really do find this bike to be a great value. I did have some difficulty assembling this bike, but there are several video tutorials assembling this bike on YouTube that I would highly recommend watching if you plan to assemble yourself. All in all the bike rides very smoothly, changes gears well, and has a comfortable seat. I love the colors as well. Super happy with my purchase!

"Best electric bicycle for chronic pain!"

Love my new bike! As a person who has alot of chronic pain, this bike is perfect for a bike ride to the beach, into town to grab a coffee, and a leisurely ride through town. The seat is super comfortable, the electric portion is easy to use, and the body mechanics is perfect! I am so glad I chose this bike. The price is right, their customer service is available with a quick phone call, and they respond to emails too! I would definetly suggest this bike to anyone needing/wanting an electric bicycle !

I researched bicycles for quite awhile. I decided on the around the block womens 7 speed 26" bike. I love it! The seat is comfy, the handle bar height is great & adjustable. The only thing that didn't work was the kickstand so I took it off & the instructions to put it together aren't the best.

have always preferred cruiser bikes to the popular bike styles in the US, and sixthreezero took it a step further and made in electric! I love this bike and it’s cute white wall tires! It’s great for riding around Vancouver, WA with its fun paved trails.

"Cute bikes, junky accessories"

We ordered two bikes, Around the Block men's and women's plus a full component of accessories mid-August 2022. The bikes arrived quickly and we noted damage to one of the boxes w/ a bent disc brake. Customer service was responsive and immediately started a claim for a replacement. Then, we realized the motor didn't work on the men's - that took a little more back and forth with customer service because we needed to prove we were properly charging (even though we'd figured it out with the other bike) - and eventually they placed a claim for a replacement motor. Three stars because the bikes are cute and customer service is responsive. Here's why I'd take 2-3 stars off: we've had the bikes 5 weeks now and have only used the men's as a very heavy cruiser as we still haven't gotten the replacement motor. Two days ago, while using the pannier on my bike, the seam completely split. I reached out to customer service, but they are firm that repairs only take place within the first 30 days and, as my incident happened at day 36, I was out of luck. I'd strongly advise against ordering any accessories as they are cheaply made. Will endeavor to update review if/when we get that replacement motor on the men's bike.

"Worth every penny"

Worth every penny. If you are considering buying an eBike, do yourself a favor and look into sixthreezero. I bought a mint green one for my wife and she loves it. The bike gets us everywhere from camping or running errands around town. Best of all, its great quality and the customer service is top notch.
