"Beware of FAKE reviews"

Please people ... do not fall for these 5 star reviews. They are such scammers they have bought these reviews. The dates of these 5 stars reviews are all a few days after each other . If you click on the reviewers profile ( yes every single one of these 5 star reviewers ) you can see they only produce 5 star ratings for company’s that are fake! Instead of buying fake IG followers they buy fake reviews ! How ironic !

"I had a terrible experience with this…"

I had a terrible experience with this company all-around. The introduction call with Joe was fine; but what he assured me and the experience I had over two weeks of working with them was the exact opposite. I am a female founder of a business, I hired them to help grow my personal account to reach my target market for an upcoming program launch so I could generate more viable leads on social. The result was that while they said real people would do the following and work based off like accounts (competitors) etc to strategically follow people that fit my target market. Instead they followed accounts of men posing naked or masterbating in their profile photos.. it wasn't just one or two people that this happened but basically every account they followed (about a 100) . Not my market for injury recovery clients. While I was clear in communication, they blew me off. And when I had to follow up again because I began receiving messages from these accounts and comments in my live posts from certain accounts they had followed that were inappropriate for my brand & offensive to my followers. Long story short, they responded with excuses and blow me off, did not even follow through with a solution call I scheduled with Joe, I gave them the opportunity to self correct and they didn't even unfollow the accounts they had followed on behave of my account. This caused more work and damage to my account in two weeks than I could have imaged. And their response, service, lack of authenticity and quality of work are a reflection of their ethos and my experience, cheap, sleazy, and dirty.

"Worth the Hype!"

I have been working with HypePlanner for the past month and have been extremely happy. Contrary to other reviews, I have been given amazing customer service and education from the staff, including a personal phone call from one of the owners that was supposed to be 15 minutes long and ended up being over 30 minutes long. The team has been responsive and has adapted to my requests or responded back with educated answers that have taught me so much about social growth. My follower count has grown in small numbers, which feels authentic. I have already booked 2 large clients as a result of my larger social reach.

"I have tried several Instagram growth…"

I have tried several Instagram growth services and this was definitely the worst. The team were always available which was good but the strategy itself was extremely poor, they only gained around 80 followers in the entire month for a service that costs $150 per month! All they do is follow private accounts hoping they would follow back. There’s nothing intelligent or unique about their services to actually grow your account hence my poor results.

2 stars for their quick response of customer service, but other than that, waste of time and money. They mentioned ins were blocking them from something, but like if you can’t figure it out, then at least you should refund the money. I understand they have a no refund policy, but even I can do better than what they’ve been doing so far. $150 for literally nothing, I guess under this circumstance you should refund your customer. But every time I mentioned it, they were angry, and they just completely ignored me in the end. So if you want to use their service, maybe think twice.

"Save your selves getting scammed by…"

Save your selves getting scammed by this company, they are super nice until you start asking questions about why you don't see anything happening with your account. Don't waste your time here. They haven't quite figured out how to go around Instagram stricter guidelines but still want to take your money. I am currently disputing charges directly from my cc company because they refuse to give me my money back (why would I settle for partial credit when nothing was done to my account) I didn't want the additional free 2 weeks of their service they offered since I didn't see anything for 3 weeks. Logging in a few times into my account to establish service which never was done doesn't earn you $149!

"scam service"

scam service. paid for 2 months. got less than 200 followers. very little activity. this is very far from what is advertised.

Scam company. Got my account blocked, made me lose followers. Fought for a month to finally get it cancelled and they refused to refund me.

Terrible service! I've used a few companies and I have to say, they are the WORST! especially for the price. Do not use them by any means! I dont think I even gained 5 followers. They dont talk to you unless you reach out. And they act like they are working on your account but they are NOT! Useless. So disappointed. They suck. I want to dispute their charge.
