Really good customer service, I ended up being surprised. Was able to text and get a response right away to a few questions before signing up. after maybe 6 weeks or so I definitely saw alot of traction with my insta account. I've gotten a lot of followers since then

I was really excited about hiring Hypeplanner to help grow my business Instagram account. Their website looks great and it really seemed like they had the growth formula down. After over a month of using their service, my account had grown by 10-15 followers, all of which were a direct result of my own posts and hashtags. I tried reaching out on several occasions to ask questions and even questioned whether my account had been properly set up. The responses always seemed condescending and they finally just stopped responding when I asked if they were happy with the results they had gotten for me so far. Oh well. Save your money and sanity by just going with a different company.

"This is a scam"

This is a scam. Two accounts followed me the first day and they were made up accounts that didn't interact at all. After that, I had MAYBE 5 people follow that month that weren't people I already knew. Also looked like made up accounts with around 100 followers/following. This service is $100/mo so you do the math on that. Additionally as I checked, my account was not following/unfollowing. It was doing nothing.
