Balloons were amazing and so was my the customer service from the call centre. The only think that let it down was the delivery driver..

I asked for the balloons to be delivered to my daughter at the hospital. The delivery driver called me to make me go down to meet him outside . Thankfully I was visiting at the time so I could go down to him. If I had known that I would have picked them up and delivered them myself . It spoilt it . I asked the driver what would have happened had I not been there? He practically ignored me . Would buy from there again but would not have them delivered . Pick them up,: don’t waste £4.95
