Perfect from start to finish! From the customer service aspect to the incredible range of vibrant, exceptional quality & reasonably priced balloons. The only difficulty is deciding which balloons you want to order because they are all incredible. I've ordered from many other balloon companies in the past & it's never gone to plan, this time the whole process was easy, fun & a joy. The balloons (which looked even more incredible in person) arrived swiftly at date I requested, the box was well packaged & the attention to detail was 100%. You can tell that a lot of care goes into each order & they are very hands-on with their social media interaction with customers. My balloons have been up & in perfect condition for 6 days now, everybody loves them. I can't wait to order again. This will be my go-to place for all ocassions in the future 😻

This was my first time shopping with Box Balloons and I am VERY impressed with them. The balloons arrived on time, fully inflated and floated out of the box looking like the image on their website (unfortunately there is no option to upload a photo so I can show this). I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend as I have used other balloon companies where this has not been the case. To re-iterate this is the FIRST company where the balloons have floated out of the box looking like the image on their website (which is very important to me) and where they have not had to be detangled or re-arranged - I would like to know their secret. "Ordered a bundle of balloons for Halloween"

Ordered a bundle of balloons for daughters halloween birthday party. Unfortunately when we arrived at the venue & opened the box, the main balloon of the bundle, the bat, wasn't fully inflated. 2h later it was on the ground! Really disappointed. Not what i expected for the price
