As long as you abide by rules and terms, global shopaholic is a great company. Shipping are a little bit higher than what you see in the shipping calculator. Overall services is great, keep your fingers crossed. Customer service is also great, Williams, Steven and all the others are great you just have to be patient with them.

Till now I've been have a good experience with this forwarder. What I appreciate is the time they take to log a parcel, as soon as I receive the delivery notification from the carrier, they don't take to long to update it I'm my suite. But, I'm a bit cornered cuz some importers from my country, Angola, have been having issues with disappearing orders. The carrier guarantees that the order is shipped but Global Shopaholics says they don't receive an item. But weeks later they found the order in their warehouse.

I strongly suggest you to be more cautious with every order you receive, because it's painful to get an order lost in another country and being left with quite no options.
