"Terrible service"

I have used their services many times in the past. But this time they let me down badly.
I ordered a projector screen worth $2999 and even before ordering it, I asked them if they can ship this as it is a very long item in length. They quoted my a price for Aramex. It was shipped from the vendor to Globalshopaholics and they received it and as agreed they said it was shipped with Aramex to UAE. However, many weeks went by and Aramex kept saying they have not received this from the shipper. Finally after a few weeks, Globalshopaholics said that Aramex returned it to them as it was too large and they need to ship again based on the size. Now another two weeks have gone and they still did not ship it and keep me waiting saying they are waiting for quotes for shipping this with Aramex and other carriers even though already paid Globalshopaholics for shipping this already! Don't trust them anymore as their service has become terrible and I have lost money with them as a result!

"Bunch of Thieves OR SCAMMER"

I asked them to ship my items.After few days nothing happened ,when i followed up they gave me a tracking number from USPS .That tracking number was never updated other than LABEL CREATED .
When i asked them to check with USPS they kept on delaying saying we have to wait 5 days10 days before communicating with USPS.I asked them communication details like mail etc they never gave me .
When i questioned customer care each of the executives started giving different reasons.
I followed up with USPS many times.They denied every time saying only label created no item received.
Staying in INDIA following up in USA was tough.I tried but finally i was so much drained out that i ignored it .
One thing i lost 500-600 dollar and lot of my collectibles in that package which was purchased with lot of excitement,love and hardwork means waiting late night to win over bids on ebays etc BUT i also lost respect for americans,earlier i was thinking that people from INDIA scamming people are very bad but i was relived that there are pro level scammer in USA too who are scamming by opening a company.

NOTE - USPS office is in the same compound or very near to GOBAL SHOPAHOLIC warehouse.I asked them to visit the post and check cctv what happened to the box ,if they had dropped the box at po.

"Lost package AGAIN!! (Premium account suck!!!)"

I pay monthly fees to get better service for my account.

One of my package was delivered last week and it has not been uploaded to my storage.
I ask them to find it for me and the answer is “Delivered to wrong address”

This is not the first time that they lost my package and I cry every time when it happen!!!

If you are using this company, you gotta pray for the god.

AND DO NOT PAY FOR UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT. IT DOES NOTHING.
