"Fast and reliable"

Thank you,this company is reliable to handle and pack your goods safely to your address.My experience has been smooth with them.There is room for improvement though like providing clearer picture sent from store.But their customer service is good,providing assistance about tracking or invoice for custom office. Thanks to Mr Ameer,he always response well.

Repacking, and shipping charges are pretty good. No complaints here. Unfortunately, if you need help, and try to reach the customer service dep't., you're in trouble. I think this is something the young owners of this entity need to figure out, and improve upon. Good customer service, is good business! During the past few months i've sent them several queries, and i've yet to receive a reply. In addition,the service is extremely slow as repacking takes forever and several days to complete. On their website it states a turn arounf time of 12-24hrs. However, upon requesting an explanation as to why my package was still not ready for shipment after two days of having placed the request, I was advised the staff work an 8 hour shift. Meaning? 24 hours, equals 3 days! They're basically counting "working" hours,

"Couldn't maintain an acceptable level"

They have reasonable prices, multiple shipping courier options, and they let you edit customs pricing which is their biggest advantage. I wish they work on weekends to accelerate consolidation and shipping.

Lately, they probably stole an item from me and although I raised a ticket, they took a month saying we are investigating and eventually denied everything and told me we won't do you anything even the item wasn't so valuable. Their customer support is so poor and they take weeks sometimes to consolidate shipments. If you are looking for reliable service, stay away from them.

So I'm looking for a new package forwarding company & I decided to contact these guys.

I asked them questions & they first lied & told me they are an American company, but then they called me Mr. (I'm a woman), & they didn't understand or address my complaint about how there was NO way to contact them on their site.

They had a live chat & no way field that asked for my e-mail address, question, etc. when they are closed.

I said I THOUGHT you were American & then they ignored me.

I e-mailed again, they ignored me again.

Thank gawd they did this. I've seen other very poor reviews.
