"Fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY"
Bought a £210 Nocta tech fleece through this company, spent about a month waiting for shipping being told "they’re sourcing the items"
Once product arrived I only received the hoodie and no bottoms. And to make it even worse the hoodie was completely fake! Label was made in china, when nike make this item in Vietnam. The product was very very obviously fake and Primestreetwear claim to authenticate every product. Liars.
And after all of this we only received the money back via fraud claim. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

"It's a scam!"
Unfortunately I believe this company to be a scam. As other reviewers have pointed out, once payment has been made, they stall delivery and claim issues with their payment company, Stripe; asking clients to charge back and being over-the-top with their apologies.
Since then (5 months ago), they have not offered me a refund despite me buying 2 fairly expensive pairs of Nike Air Force 1s, and instead claimed to have ordered me another 2 pairs, which are yet to arrive (and almost certainly never will).
Please avoid and spend your money elsewhere, it's not worthing saving the £10-£20 for all this hassle and funding a corrupt business like this one.

"Don’t buy"
My shoes were sent from china and they were much smaller in size than the real pare of shoes I tried in the store. And then I got turned down when I wanted to return the shoes.

"Scam company, poor service and delivery"
Bought trainers early July for my wife’s birthday. Only arrived in time for the day, but wrong size. They refused refund, but did eventually say they’d pay for shipping of trainers back to them, which they did pay. They said they’d send correct size and that was 5-6 weeks ago. They’ve stopped replying to my emails now.
Poor delivery of product
Poor attention to detail with wrong train size sent
Poor Customer Service
Avoid as £97 down and no trainers

"Would give 0 stars if i could"
Would give 0 stars if i could. Abysmal customer service. Item was delivered to a wheelie bin and i never received item. prime street wear expected me to contact delivery service even though this is the sellers responsibility. Royal mail unable to assist me as it is sellers responsibility. prime street wear replied to 2 emails with unhelpful responses then ignored me. I escalated complaint but still ignored had to raise a dispute with my bank to obtain a refund. Do Not Use this company

"WARNING"
WARNING! This company sources fake, counterfeit products and will not refund. I bought a pair of Nike dunk lows. They were clearly made and shipped from China, as per my shipping notifications. They did not arrive in a Nike branded box, had numerous defects which indicated they were not genuine and the label even stated "Made in Vietnam"! Customer service were overly and suspiciously helpful with lots of excessive apologies (as if they were trying to keep me nice). But they admitted they were fake. They advised to destroy the product or give them to charity and promised a refund. That all seemed fine. But 3 months later, after numerous emails back and forwards, excuse after excuse about 'problems with their payment system', and promises it "will be sorted as a matter of urgency" etc, I have still not received the refund. I now have complete radio silence from the company, and my email address appears to be blocked (as not receiving the holding email response anymore). PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Disappointed Samba Customer
"Products are copies and NOT authenticated"
Following extensive research, I purchased a pair of difficult to find in Australia Adidas Sambas back in August 2024 from this website, as it guaranteed authentication and a refund if the product didn't meet your standards.
I had to, in the 1st instance, follow up on the order, as it had still not arrived 4 weeks following purchase.
Emily, what I now can see is a robot, replied with a well written, but generic email, claiming they were being sourced and were on their way.
Once they did arrive, they arrived NOT in the Adidas box (which should have been my 1st sign), but in a Prime Streetwear box.
After trying them on, I realised they did not fit the same way my other Sambas did and asked Emily if I could exchange the size. She claimed it was beyond the 14 day exchange period and I could not.
About a month later, I saw the same Samba style in a local Australian store. I saw straight away that I had been duped and that the product I was sent was in fact a COPY!
I have since been in email correspondence with 'Emily' who has apologised for the inconvenience and was escalating the issue to her managers to organise a refund. This was more than 5 weeks ago and after no more than 4 emails!
My recommendation....don't believe the positive reviews. These people probably don't know enough about the original products to determine whether they're real or copies. I can guarantee their products are copies of the original brand and NOT worth the money or time spent on trying to recoup your losses.
SHAME ON YOU Prime Streetwear! Your website, terms and conditions are misleading!!
