I ordered a necklace with a photo of my deceased grandfather as a Christmas gift for my grandmother. Processing and shipping did not take long at all. When I received it, I noticed there was a small crack inside. I simply contacted customer service via email and they immediately got a new one shipped out to me and it was perfect. When my grandmother opened it all she could do was cry and say how beautiful it was. It turned out to be the perfect gift. I will definitely be ordering again!
