I'm going to give it 5 stars because it got delivered super quick. We ordered it on Friday before Xmas and received it Monday Xmas Eve with standard delivery. It is beautiful! I talked to your customer service before ordering and they were very pleasant!
If I could make one suggestion to make your business better I would suggest being able to proof the way the photo looks. So once you upload the picture, you can see how it fits on the crystal before you purchase it. If possible you could crop the photo the way you want it to sit in the crystal. But very pleased with the product!

Although I only ordered the round tree ornament crystal, it became a really unique gift. The detail from the photo I submitted was surreal for a crystal reproduction. Since it was of a recently deceased pet, the folks I gave it to were emotionally taken with it. This particular crystal couldn't be 3D because of it's small size, but I'll be ordering a 3D, larger crystal in the future. A really unique product.

I had doubts that the photo I wanted to use could be successfully converted to this form, but I was overjoyed when I opened the box. It is a very special photo, and it is beautiful! I was amazed at how fast I received it, as well. Absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to capture a memory in an elegant display.
