I love the cube I received. Not so in love with the necklace. I have sent multiple emails about returning the necklace and getting store credit to buy another cube, which is covered under the 100% satisifaction. But parts of the emails have been ignored or I have not heard back from them at all. In addition my original order was screwed up. They do have quick shipping which is nice.
