For my mom’s Christmas present, I thought I thought I would her a crystal of our dog. I was at our local kiosk at the Northshore Mall in Peabody, MA, USA for 45 minutes asking the kiosk manager, Murat, if this image would come out clear ( I brought two images to get his opinion). Murat explained that it would come out clear like the ones in the glass cases he did not say they were non-refunable. I made my purchase. Days later I got my crystal and it WAS AWFUL! My dogs eyes were messed up, his coloring was messed up, i know its black and white. It just didn’t look anything like my dog. I went to the kiosk last night to see if I can return. Murat was rude and disrespectful. He said that there was nothing he could do except make a claim. And no returns. I’m so disgusted that he treated me this way and I would NEVER EVER recommend!!! I want my money back! I thought about asking if they can redo it but now that I was treated this way I’m just upset!

I was very hesitant at first. My husband had seen the product at a mall kiosk, and I could tell while he was describing it that he wanted one of our dogs in a crystal. I spoke with 2 associates before placing the order, then even called a day later for reassurance. The next day after that, the crystal was delivered! So, super sales assistance, really fast delivery, and a gorgeous crystal. I've only peeked at it in its "nest," I want my husband to be the first to really see it. I'm sure he will cry, just as I did when I saw it. I'm positive we will be ordering another, with all 4 dogs.

There was a bit of a mix up with my tracking. I wasn't made aware that there had been a duplicate tracking number, I called into the store, I was placed on hold for 5+ minutes. I didn't find out about the duplicate tracking number until a day later when I called back and I was informed by the store clerk. At this point, my valuable package had been sitting at an unsafe location for days because I wasn't aware it had arrived. I wasn't happy with this because I wasnt aware of my items location. The only question I ask is for you guys to inform customers of any changes made to deliveries. Aside from the delivery, I will be using 3D innovations services again! I love the necklace! It will make a beautiful chrismas present! Thank you! The necklace look exactly as it should.
