I’ve purchased work from 3D innovation n the past and I was very happy with the out come, however my last purchase was not as I expected. I could not see the faces in the cube clearly. It looked nothing like the first one that I have.

My 3D picture came out very light (my photo is exceptional) and not as “pronounced” as the ones I saw in their store. Not sure why this happened but I don’t think it’s worth the price I paid. It’s a cool concept though.

OMG!! My crystal is so beautiful!! Well it’s actually for my daughter who lost her beloved dobie to heart failure at only 4 years old. It looks exactly like the picture I provided and even shows her fine details!! (I wish I could add a photo but That doesn’t appear to be an option)
AND it came 3 days after I ordered!! How’s that for quick service! Thank you so much. My daughter is going to love it!

"I had a bad experience with 3D…"
I had a bad experience with 3D innovation customer service. I placed my order at a 3D crystal booth in a mall. The salesperson said the picture I provided was acceptable and the final crystal would look like the ones on display. But we were disappointed to see the final product grainy and patchy. He agreed to make another one which was slightly better in quality but was off center. We did not pick up the crystals. I contacted 3D's headquarters and explained my situation. Initially, Sarah agree to replace the crystal. I got high resolution picture taken and sent it to her. We exchanged several emails fine tuning the final product and then one fine day, they withdrew their offer to replace the crystal. Worse still, every time I called to speak to Sarah, the front desk lied to me that she was in a meeting. After weeks of communicating, they just reverted me to the mall owner who never responded. There are other crystal makers who are far more professional and know customer service better than 3D. They owe me a crystal or a refund.
