The necklace is beautiful. Purchased for my son, for his 2 yr anniversary with his girlfriend. Shipped rather quickly. The item was ordered and received within one week, which was awesome. Definitely plan to use the service again. Wish I could post a picture of the finished product.

Only suggestion is that the company finds a way to allow the customer to see a preview of the order, befoee submission. This would give the customer peace of mind that the item will look as expected. It also alleviates issues with the item later, on behalf of the company. That is the reason for four stars vs. Five stars.

I really appreciate the help that I received from the customer service rep Sherry. She was awesome! I received my crystal a day before I was supposed and I was very happy. It was very nice but the words are a little hard to see. The price is a little expensive but I really needed the gift so I had to sacrifice.
