I've been buying PC parts from OverclockersUK since 2013.
Over the years I have purchased motherboards, CPUs, GPUs, cases, fans, cables, RAM, liquid cooling parts etc and have always received above average customer service.
There have been a few hiccups such as dented/scratched cases, damaged fans, incorrect orders, lack of Haribo but the team are always there to sort out the problem and I have yet to have a situation where I am left out of pocket or with non-functional components.
There has even been cases where after ordering parts the team have contacted me to advise that there may be more relevant/cost effective components which is a nice touch and not something you see nowadays.
OCUK are not always the cheapest but where possible I will always order for them (And not just for the free Haribo)

An excellent company to deal with. Easy website to negotiate and order from. Very quick delivery and excellent customer service. Gave them a call with a query following delivery and it was soon sorted by a very polite and helpful customer service member. Will certainly deal with them again

I ordered 3 items on a Sunday for next day delivery and on the Monday I still hadn't had any delivery confirmation emails so I contacted them and they confirmed it was being dispatched and be delivered tomorrow what would have been Tuesday and come Tuesday I will hadn't received anything or email so I contacted them again to be told it would come Wednesday, it did come after but to be told it was coming Tuesday and never seemed very poor

So I had ordered a graphics card from another company, it was purchased a week before they had stock coming in for the preorder of the 9070XT. When delivery date came I was bumped to 2-3months. Checked overclockers and it was only 1-2 weeks expected wait time on preorder. Same day I ordered it from then it had been dispatched, delivered next day. I've used overclockers before and they had provided a great experience before. 100% using again if I need to.
