"Bad policy regarding delivery charges!"
Although there wasn't anything about the item i was buying, but the insistance of charging £7.99 for the Delivery of a Case, ( which is fair enough - no complaints there) they then wanted to charge me a further £3.99 for a Fan that Cost £9.95..! Amounting to basically £12.00...! near on dammit 10% of the whole purchase.. Crazy.
I thought that ordering them together they would just charge me one Delivery charge. So I called and spoke to someone there, (after holdinding for 20 odd minutes I might add) and he was having none of it. "Nothing we can do about it", was his retort.
So I cancelled the Fan, it's only a tenner, but a Sale is a Sale!
I bought the Fan somewhere else for the same price including Delivery after I told them of my experience.

Easy ordering. Fast delivery. Great packaging. Item as expected. Could give an extra confirmation/update while processing an order through the system, similar to what amazon is doing, but thats just nitpicking. Would go overclockers over amazon any day though.

Bought expensive GPU and had issues, OCUK were amazing giving me tech support and when it didnt work just full refund 2 weeks later.
Buying from OCUK in 2025 is a zero stress option with their 30 day return policy, cannot recommend enough.

Ordered a sapphire 9070 xt and it was pre-order, I was very surprised to see my order fill one day later, when at other stores I've been told I'd have to wait till the beginning of May.
Also, they didn't increase the price.
