Bought a seasonic psu, arctic freezer 3 and a lian li 011 xl case. Arrived together within 48h, packaged beautifully with lots of air pillows. Highlight of the delivery? free haribos, only problem, it was a small pack. Which is the only reason im giving them a 5/5 instead of a 6/5.

"4 days from ordering to delivery and lack of communication "
Ordered items that were in stock but by the time my order was processed 2 items become out of stock and wasn’t informed until I rang the day after and asked why my order wasn’t being shipped.
I cancelled the 2 items that were out of stock and it then took another day to pick and send out.
For a company that boasts next day delivery it took 4 days from ordering to delivery, and lack of communication made buying from them a frustrating experience

On this occassion, they managed to ship something to me on time using the same delivery service which a competitor failed to use on time.

Always incredible customer service. Bought 2 custom PC's from them now, both incredibly tidy, professional builds with good stable OC's as a matter of course.
Recently had a Lian Li pump fail (due to a recall that I wasn't aware of), and after the manufacturer didn't reply, Overclockers took care of it all and have sent me an improved part at no extra cost.

I ordered a lot of new parts for a build, including pre-ordering an out-of-stock case. I emailed to ask what the ETA was, then decided to order the case somewhere else to speed up my build.
As they predicted, tt took a little under 48h to get an initial response, but then Kaylee was great and quick in responding to follow-up emails. She refunded me the cost of the case plus the relevant delivery costs, and got my remaining order sent out.
Items all arrived quickly and well packaged.
