Laptop delivered faulty, charging was stuck at zero percent, it was running only on AC power, I have returned it for now. Asked for a replacement. Overall bad experience.

Received a damaged PC case. Happens. Sent a return request. While initially there was a glitch in me receiving the response email, in the end the team at Overlockers promptly resolved the issue and sent me a replacement case and let me keep the damaged one for spares.
Will order more stuff from them in the future for sure.
