"LifeSource for the win…"

We got our LifeSource system installed last November. Charles Hess is our rep. and he's been great. Checking in to see how things are going. I recently had him come out to check our system to make sure it's filtering as expected since we were still seeing a lot of water spots. He re-iterated that the system leaves in the good minerals and that's the spots we're seeing. However, the spots left are definitely VERY easy to clean, nothing like the hard water spots we were seeing before we got the system. While Charles was here I showed him our installation and that the pressure gauge that was installed was blocking the fire riser door for our sprinkler system. He had customer service call me the very next day to schedule a tech to come out and fix that. Javier and Eduardo were just here today and they got the gauge moved, no problem. Javier said they would need an hour, and they were done in about a half an hour. The gauge is moved and the water is flowing again.

Thanks guys for doing such a great job! We definitely appreciate this company and their customer service! I would recommend this system to ANY homeowner!

Had this installed in my home a month ago and I love the system. The water is great to drink, great in the shower and doing chores. I love the system==no more worries with the old salt water system. My house pipes are now safe from corroding. Thank you Live Source Water systems. Joan Porter

The life source system did not meet our needs . We had it for nine months. With no Hassel and very promptly they removed the system and gave us a full refund. It did not soften our water.

We had a very good experience. It started with Roger Frausto, our sales person. He was on time for our appointment. Had a good presentation and answered our questions fairly and honestly. He was very knowledgeable.

Our installation day came and our installer was, again, on time. It was an uneventful installation. Everything worked as discussed and we were very pleased.

The system has worked well. I noticed how good the water felt after my first shower. The taste was also very good. We have had the system installed for about 3ish months and it continues to work well and do what the sales literature stated.

Overall, we are very happy and would definitely recommend it.

My water taste great and feels great. I replaced an old unit for Life source and I am sure glad that I did. The installers were on time and very professional. They did quality work and that's had to come by these days. I would recommend LifeSource Water all day.

No high pressure sales and the tech staff is courteous. They were helpful and did their jobs well. Dan Hillard was our salesperson and has been very helpful and always available to answer any questions. Ozzy and Juan did a good job of installing the system and explaining how it worked (although it's really simple). Eric and Andrew came back to change something out that I wanted and they were nice and did the job quickly. I appreciate the friendly customer service. You don't find it as much as you used to. Nice to know LifeSource still believes in treating the customer well.
