"Water Conditioner"

Life Source is a water conditioner, not a water softner. Once you understand the difference you will fall in love with it. It takes out chemicals, including chlorine, from the water. It provides an environment that discourage the formation of scale. The water leaves less water marks and is good for window and car washing. Overall we are pleased with our system.

"Rain Barrel installation"

Michael and Juan called and asked if they could come 30 minutes early which we were happy to comply. They finished the install of the rain barrel and gave us a tutorial on how to use it. They were friendly snd a pleasure to work with.

"Excellent response and service from field tech"

The field tech was scheduled and came out as promised for a clock timer issue. It turns out one of the transformer wires was disconnected. This could probably have been corrected over the phone, but the tech also performed a back flush of the system before he left to make sure the system was operating properly

I wrote a negative review only to find out I trashed the wrong party. It was towards lifetime solutions, not life source.

"LifeSource water system, a life saver.…"

I have had a LifeSource water system for over 15 years. We replaced our original one after 11 years when we believed we had nearly worn out the filter media, and the Company offered a great deal on an improved model with a longer warranty. It has done everything we expected and hoped. We would do it again, and are completely satisfied.

"We were having an issue with our…water"

We were having an issue with our system. Life source came out 3 times and could not figure out the problem. They switched out the tank for a totally brand new one and I could not be happier. My skin is getting soft and the water taste great.

"Low water pressure issue"

Were experiencing low water pressure when LifeSource system was activated. Pressure would be fine and then would gradually decrease. Technician asked specific questions as to time of day etc. He performed tests with system on and off by-pass. He by-passed the ScaleSolver and was able to determine it was the issue and why. He replaced the unit and once he was satisfied that it was working properly, he had us confirm we were receiving the water flow/pressure that we felt was normal. Technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and focused on getting the system working correctly. Both the technician and service manager treated us as a priority.

"Called to see about a plug transformer…"

Called to see about a plug transformer replaced due to the failure of the current one. Rather than request an install i inquired about just getting a new one and wiring it myself. Receive the new plug, changed it out and it’s working fine.
