We have used this whole house water filtration system for over 5 years with NO complaints. Water tastes great and the equipment performs to perfection. I would have given a 5 star rating but recent communication with the company had a couple of blips that took about 1-2 months to address. Once we got on the same page, scheduling service and the tech dispatched was flawless. This is the best water filtration system on the market. After 5 years, the tech found our system performing at 100% in both tanks (descaler tank and filtering tank). So the company can be trusted and is not deceptive regarding servicing. A water sample was tested in front of us and found no evidence of chlorine present. Our water without filtration is almost undrinkable let alone what it would do to our plumbing pipes with mineral deposits. If you are looking into water filtration systems, this is the company to use.
