"Very disappointed-I'm Still Dealing with Salt"

I had high expectations, but the LifeSource TAC filtration did not work for our water. We had unacceptably high residue on plumbing fixtures, glasses and silverware out of the dishwasher were spotted. All of this worse performance for a significant premium over replacing my salt system with another salt system.

The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is that our sales guy Erik was responsive and ultimately got us a usable water filtration system. Their installation service was also great.

LifeSource did replace the TAC cylinder with a salt system which so far is working adequately. It is just very disappointing to have to spend close to 2x what it would have cost me to replace the salt system. I guess education is expensive.

"Life Source…Amazing Results"

My wife and I have had the Life Source water system for a few weeks now. She loves the water now taking a shower and the effects it has on her skin and hair. The biggest shock to me is that with the new osmosis system she actually likes drinking the water. She has never, ever drank the water from our home as we have always been on our own well and she hated the water and refused to drink anything but bottled water. To my surprise she hasn't touched a plastic bottled water since we had the system installed.
