Jonathan Kaye did an outstanding job explaining the system and product. Jonathan showed up on the day of install to ensure everything went well. Jonathan is very supportive and ensure me he's always available on any issues I may have with the system (in which I haven't had any yet). The installers showed up on time, did an awesome job installing the water softener system and very professional. I think this company is great and highly recommend for any home.

I have had LifeSource at three residences within the last 6 weeks. They replaced a 11 year old system at my house; I gave my son and daughter a LifeSource system with Scale Solver as birthday presents for their separate houses.
The service department manager Jason is wonderful and patient. He sent techs out to fix an earthquake shut off valve which had been triggered at the one house installation - Mathew the tech was great. Then he sent another tech Gabriel (?) out to the same house to put an extended cord on the system to reach the electrical outlet. The senior technician was kind and very knowledgeable.

We had our LifeSource system installed last week.
What a great experience!
I got an email on Sunday (!!) from Christy, their Customer Service Supervisor asking us if they could come earlier than scheduled because they had a cancellation.
Tommie and Danny arrived right on schedule. (Revised early schedule).
They worked quickly and efficiently.
They did a great job and make a great team.
Work area was left cleaner than they found it.
We now have clean water from all of our faucets. We've gotten rid of out counter top filter pitcher.
We can taste and feel the difference!
We had a party and several of our guests commented that our "tap water" tasted better than their filtered water.
The professionalism and quality of the entire company is impressive.
Worth every penny.
